After fasting for forty days in Lent session, everyone wants something special to celebrate the Easter day. On Easter Sunday we have Easter eggs made of chocolate

On Good Friday, the tradition is for people to eat Hot Cross Buns. These are specially prepared for the evening after the ceremony/services.

This year, Hill Park Bakery they won the award for NZ,s Tastiest Hot Cross Buns. Li the baker has been in NZ for 18 years. This is the second time he has won a price in the competition. This year he was judged as the winner: number 1 out of 30.

I want to try these tastiest buns. What is the flavour which makes this bun very special? When and where can I buy them? Are they expensive?  How do I eat them? I am looking forward to trying this new tasty treat this coming Easter
