SUPERMARKET

During these seven days I became a part of a multicultural class and  intercultural group of fellow students from different backgrounds, there are Ayano and Chiaki from Japan, Martina, Paulo, Marco and Jessica from Brazil, Birgit from Jerman and the last one not not the least Claudio from Swiss. On Monday last week just four of us, Ayano, Chiaki, Jessica and me. But this week we have some new students. I’m happy to be a part of this class.

Of course all of us have a different personality which is very interesting. With our ability we tried to make our class became more attractive and also we are mutually friends who sharing and supporting each other. In all kind of activities we created an environment that supports one another to reach our main  goal. Because even though we have different culture and personality but we are united by one goal which is studying and learning English language.

This week we learned a lot about future tense, particularly about future perfect and future continuous tense that very useful when we talk about planning in the future including some new collocations and expressions. I loved collocation and stuff like that because if I can use that in my conversation it’s look that I’m a real Kiwi. But that kinds of things little bit difficult for me, so maybe I’ll spend more time to memorize and practice it by myself.

We also learned about market, particularly tips how to save money when we go for shopping in supermarket. Sometimes we don’t realize that there are many things in supermarket that they create to influence us to buy something, it’s simple but has a big impact for the shopper. That’s why we need some tips to anticipate things like that. And this week we created some tips how to save money when we’re shopping in supermarket. All of these tips came from from our ideas and we wrote it in ti a piece of paper  and finally we went to 400 class and presented that in front of them, that was very interesting.
